Getting fit?...but need some new friends to assist with eating and workout regime

As I get older it seems more difficult to keep fit. What should I eat? Not in general, but for today's meals. How much should I exercise. Hereagain, not in general but I ran 4 miles yesterday, and 9 for the week, what should I do today. And of course, I am not one to hire a team of professional cooks, trainers, etc.

So I searched here's a list of social network eating/workout sites that can assist anyone (senior or youngster) with helpful hints and encouragement.

bimActive - Offers free or GPS assisted training blogs and tools.

Diet.com - Offers a number of ways to connect with others on dieting, recipes and reviews.

Extra Pounds - Offers tools to blog and track weith loss activity with others.

Fat Secret - Offers a good way to collectively compare diets.
FitLink - Fitness themed with ability to find training partners.

Gimme20 - Offers fitness tracking with blogs.

Losing It - Social network of people losing weight.

PeerTrainer - Many social networking features. Buddy up and slim down.

SparkPeople - Popular weight loss program with many social networking features.

Traineo - Popular fitness site with ability to get others to motivate you.

WalkingSpree - Emphasis on walking and linking with pocket pedometer. Blogs and journals.

Weight Circles - Blogs and "circles" (like-minded support groups).
